He has specialist knowledge of the acquisition, construction and support of naval vessels, super-yachts and high performance craft.

John Craggs, a naval architect, chartered engineer and fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, has 40 years experience of shipyard management, shipbuilding and ship repair consultancy. John has managed international shipyard development projects, worked extensively on benchmarking, competitiveness, shipyard design, development and cost structures. John is the director of the First Marine International centre of excellence within Royal Haskoning.

Tim Walters is a marketing professional with a broad background in maritime market research, capacity management, forecasting and business change consultancy. He has held line management positions in liner shipping and financial services industries. Tim specialises in marine industry markets, including shipbuilding, ship repair and offshore industries.  In his eight years with two of the world’s largest shipping lines, he has worked on numerous assignments, with particular focus on Asia, the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East.  He has also lived and worked in North Africa, China and India for a number of years.  Tim has a BA Honours degree in geography and a postgraduate diploma in marketing. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
