Standards and Accreditations

Royal Haskoning's Directors are actively engaged in the management and control of projects, which is made possible by the high Director to staff ratio. The Director delegates certain responsibilities to a senior member of staff who acts as Project Director. The Project Director is responsible to the client for the effective completion of the project and ensures that the client's needs are fully addressed during the execution of the work. For each project, a team is assembled under the leadership of a Project Manager who is usually an Associate, Principal or Senior Engineer. The Project Manager is directly responsible to the Project Director for the work, which is managed in accordance with the firm's Quality Assurance procedures. - Read more
