The Wireless Infrastructure Group have just taken over the management of the SSE Towers identified above. Royal Haskoning have just won the Term Commission for the maintenance inspection and survey of a large number of remote hilltop radio sites throughout Scotland (including the Western Isles and Shetland), including aerial/waveguide schedules, earth layouts, tower and cabin details and health & safety inspections.

Analysis, to BS 8100, of a number of sites to see if additional dishes may be added to the structures. Provide technical advice at a number of locations where problems had arisen.

Inspections carried out to meet the requirements of MoD Technical Bulletin 00/08 (and PG 10-08). All works carried out in accordance with the requirements of MoD safety procedure SRP07 and JSP375.

Appraisal, including static and dynamic analysis, of a large number of Ministry of Defence Towers at various sites throughout Scotland including timber and steel structures ranging in height from 10 metres to 55 metres. Appraisals carried out to meet the requirements of Technical Bulletin 00/07 (and PG 09-08)
