Mr Freer has over 30 years experience in the design and contract management of a wide variety of structural, maritime and highway related projects. He also has extensive experience in the inspection and assessment of concrete, timber and steel structures principally bridges, buildings and communication structures. Particular expertise is held in World War II Hangar Structures. Mr Freer joined Royal Haskoning as Regional Manager, in October 1993 and was subsequently appointed as a Director in 1999. He is responsible for the Maritime Division’s work in Scotland through his management of the Glasgow and Edinburgh teams. Work activities are primarily focused on the UK, Ireland and the Caribbean. He organises the activities of a team of professional staff providing a wide range of services, but mainly specialising in services relating to maritime works, buildings (in particular MOD World War II Hangars) and the specialist field of communication structures.

Mr. Dalrymple currently fills a role as a Technical Director in our Edinburgh Office. He has 14 years of experience in the design and contract management of a wide variety of projects, initially with "Africon Engineering" in South Africa and subsequently with Royal Haskoning since 2001. Mr. Dalrymple joined Royal Haskoning as a Senior Engineer. He was subsequently promoted to Principal Engineer in 2005. He has extensive experience in the inspection, assessment and management of concrete, timber and steel structures with particular focus on maintenance, but also for new construction. From 2005-2008 he acted as the Project Manager, based in Trinidad, for the management of a European Development Fund (EDF) funded project for the extension of the Early Warning Weather Radar Network in the Caribbean Region (Value €13.2 million).

Mr Hannell has 8 years experience in the design and contract management of a wide variety of mast and tower related projects. He also has extensive experience in the inspection and assessment of concrete, timber and steel structures. Mr Hannell joined Royal Haskoning in 2001. He is responsible for organising and undertaking mast and tower inspections at remote and urban radio sites in the UK, Ireland and the Caribbean. He is also responsible for undertaking a large number of analysis exercises for masts and tower to both BS8100 and CP3/BS5950 using MSTower and STAAD Pro. Towers analysed included timber, steel, concrete and alloy structures ranging in height from 5 metres to 274 metres. Guyed and free standing structures were included in this list.
