Project Management services for the replacement of various tower and building structures throughout the UK and Northern Ireland including full design and contract management. Sites included Swansea MRCC, Falmouth MRCC, Trevose Head, Noss Head, Port Nan Guiran, Auchindaul, St Annes Head, St Ives, Lizard, Monkstone Point (Tenby), Dover MRCC, Bawdsey, Whitby and Lowestoft. This work also included project management services associated with the design and supervision of a new ground satellite station at Combe Martin in Cornwall comprising two large satellite dishes, a microwave link and upgrading of the existing equipment cabin.
