Frank is an expert in performance improvement, organisation, planning and material control, and has undertaken performance related assignments for shipyards around the globe.
	JULIE SCOTT SHIPYARD PROCESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSENTS Julie Scott, a maritime environmental scientist and industrial waste specialist, has a track record in obtaining environmental statutory permits for organisations to change their business activities. This capability includes the needs of the developing industry of environmentally safe ship recycling for which Royal Haskoning has a significant track record.
	ANDREW PATE YARD IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES Andrew Pate, a mechanical engineer, is a production engineering specialist who has been engaged on improving production efficiency on a number of high profile projects.
