Frank is an expert in performance improvement, organisation, planning and material control, and has undertaken performance related assignments for shipyards around the globe.
	CHRIS BREWIS SHIPYARD PROCESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSENTS Chris Brewis, a maritime environmental scientist, has a track record in obtaining environmental consents for shipyards to change their business activities. This includes the developing industry of environmentally safe ship recycling. He secured the first UK ship recycling licence using his expertise in the specialist field of ship facility related environmental issues.
	ANDREW PATE YARD IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES Andrew Pate, a mechanical engineer, is a production engineering specialist who has been engaged on improving production efficiency on a number of high profile projects. Andrew’s main areas of expertise relate to enabling and improvement strategies, production engineering, benchmarking and technology transfer.
