• Allocation of a port development area and the lay-out of the port


• Design of supporting industry areas including zone plan, design code (design and planning principles) and landscape plan


• Design of the surroundings, e.g. port extension or mixed land use areas, as well as the transition area itself


• Design of masterplan layers including: land use and urban structures, infrastructure, transport and facilities, green buffer and landscaping, public realm and urban design components, buildings and density, architecture and design principles

 

OUTCOME

• Comprehensive and sustainable port masterplan for the port area and its surroundings

• Secondary: waterfront masterplan for a redevelopment area or mixed land use masterplan
